Gazco Chesterfield 5 Balanced Flue Gas Stove

For rooms without a chimney, the Chesterfield 5 Gas stove is offered here in a balanced flue version. A twin walled flue pipe removes the stove’s combustion gases whilst drawing in combustion air. A balanced flue can be installed through an exterior wall or through a roof, giving you the freedom to have your gas stove fitted in almost any room.

An unmistakable modern classic, the balanced flue Chesterfield 5 Gas stove’s elegant detailing, clean lines and sweeping curves offer a stylish take on iconic design. Made in Britain using the same cast iron and premium steel construction as Gazco's woodburning and multi-fuel Chesterfield’s, this gas stove looks and feels every bit as authentic as a log burner.

Tall, rolling flames dance among highly realistic log and ember effects, with multiple flame ports ensuring a varied and life-like display. Beneath the logs, realistic fuel media completes the visual. Total heat output range from 1.8kW up to a maximum of 4.0kW.

Gazco’s fully-sequential thermostatic control system allows you to ignite your stove in seconds as well as adjust flame height from the comfort of your sofa. You can also set your stove to be controlled thermostatically to maintain your preferred room temperature.

Balanced flues models are completely sealed from the room into which they are installed (so there are no draughts and heating efficiency is increased) and a twin-wall pipe vents directly to an outside wall. Air for combustion is drawn in through the outer pipe whilst the inner pipe removes the combustion gases to the exterior of the property.

Depending on the balanced flue kit selected, the twin-walled pipe may exit horizontally through an external wall or vertically through the roof. Gazco offers a comprehensive range of balanced flue system components.
