Lead times on the delivery page are estimated but if there are any changes our customer service team will be in touch with an update for you.
 

Delivery information

Small items will be delivered within a few days by courier, once your item is despatched you will be contacted by phone, email or text advising when your delivery will arrive. Please check your items and let us know of any concerns within 24 hours.

For Larger items delivery will be palletised, this is usually in a 7.5 tonne lorry with a tail lift and pump truck. It is a one-man delivery either kerbside or front door depending on access. You will be contacted by phone to book a day of your choosing Monday to Friday on an all day service so please make sure you are available between 8am and 6pm on delivery day. It’s really important that you unpack and check your delivery has arrived safe and sound before giving a signature.

We will send you a delivery information email separately so you know exactly what to expect on the day.
