Woodford Stoves have designed a 'Widescreen' version of their popular 5kW model. It retains the same heat output rating making it perfect for standard sized rooms yet is encased in the same body as their 7kW model. In most installations, an air-vent is not needed in the room although for modern built 'Passivhaus' low energy properties, an optional external air kit is available which allows fresh air connection directly to the rear of the appliance.

The Woodford 5 Widescreen is UK manufactured and assembled in Devon and boasts a lifetime body guarantee. It has a top or rear (interchangeable) flue outlet designed for connection to a 127mm (5") flue system. Innovative features built into the stove include an active Airwash system that helps maintain clean glass, a Cleanburn system for improved efficiency making the fuel last longer plus it has passed the stringent tests for the EcoDesign 2022 directive so you can rest assured it is kind to the environment.

Designed as a dedicated wood burning stove but for those who also want the ability to burn solid fuels, the Woodford 5 Widescreen can be supplied with an optional Multi-Fuel kit. This stylish stove is a smoke exempt appliance which means you can use it to burn wood even if you live in a smoke controlled area.
