Gazco Studio Slimline Steel 2 Balanced Flue Gas Fire

The Gazco Studio Slimline Steel 2 gas fire has a wealth of styling options available including a choice of four lining options and the ability to select from a choice of fuel effects, each allowing you to tailor your fire to your desires and provide a perfect warming heart for your home.

The Studio Slimline Steel 2 offers all the distinctive hallmarks that are synonymous with the Gazco Studio range, with the added benefit of a slimmer firebox specifically for simple cavity wall installation. Included is a rear exit balanced flue kit that allows you to inset the fire raised up on the wall into a standard, flat external wall cavity without the need to build out. The balanced flue kit vents the fumes horizontally through the external wall.

Whether you opt for the modern appeal of the white stone option or for the ultimate ‘real fire’ look of the log-effect option with its hand-painted detailing and glowing ember bed, the glass-fronted, Studio Slimline Steel 2 balanced flue gas fire is a highly efficient fire designed for low running costs in a wide range of homes – and you don’t even need a chimney!

The graphite finish Steel 2 landscape fascia increases the overall size to an impressive 1264mm on the Studio 1 size and 1500mm on the Studio 2.

Despite its compact depth, the Gazco Studio 1 Slimline Steel 2 balanced flue gas fire offers an outstanding heat output of up to 3.80kW on the Studio 1 size increasing to 4.50kW on the larger Studio 2 model. This is combined with excellent energy efficiency of 82% resulting in lower running costs and a gas fire that will give your room plenty of glorious heat whilst providing an ambient central feature.

Full operation of the fire is taken care of by a comprehensive, thermostatic remote control. Options available include a choice of realistic, hand painted logs or contemporary, white stone fuel bed. There is also four interior linings available - vermiculite, brick-effect, reeded black or mirror black glass.

The shallow firebox depth of the Studio Slimline Steel 2 allow it to be inset into a standard, flat external cavity wall with extensive building work required such as building out a stud wall which would normally be required with most 'hole-in-the-wall' balanced flue gas fireplaces. The fire is supplied with a rear exit balanced flue pipe and terminal which attaches to the back of the fire and vents the fumes horizontally through the wall.

The glass-fronted Gazco Studio Slimline fires have been specifically developed to allow the highly desirable aesthetics of the landscape Studio fires to be achieved in a wider variety of homes by simply recessing into the internal leaf of a cavity wall. Available in two sizes, both come complete with a dedicated rear exit balanced flue termination kit for easy installation.

To further extend your options for personalisation, there is a choice of three linings and three fuel effects available for the Studio Slimline fires. Each of the lining choices, including timeless Black Reeded, classic Brick-effect or depth-enhancing EchoFlame Black Glass can be paired with either realistic logs or contemporary white stone fuel effects.

With each combination offering a significantly different appearance to the fire, you can be sure to select the perfect combination of fuel effect, lining and frame style to suit your interior decor. Although compact in design, these highly efficient fires have a generous heat output which is easily controlled with the Programmable Thermostatic remote control.

Optional Remote System Mains Adaptor is available which allows connection to main electric so that batteries are not required to power the remote control operation.
