The Varde Aura 11 wood burning stove is highly efficient and really makes the most of this carbon neutral fuel source. The wood absorbs just as much CO2 while it grows in its natural environment as it emits when it is burned. Varde was the first manufacturer of woodburning stoves in the world to meet the strict requirements to the much coveted Nordic Ecolabel. The standard has stringent requirements for combustion efficiency as well as particle and hydrocarbon emissions.
Stunning contemporary design with a pedestal base that lets the large fire chamber display the flames in all their glory raised up to a perfect eye level when seated. High-quality cast iron doors, top plate, grate and base, alongside integrated log store and options for both top and rear exit.
Nominal heat output of 5kW so it's ideal for standard sized rooms and the Aura 11 is packed with state-of-the-art technology resulting in impressive efficiency levels of up to 78%. The large glass window will always provide a super view of the flames with an active Airwash system within the stove.
As with all Varde Stoves, the Aura 11 incorporates a Cleanburn system that introduces pre-heated combustion air into the top of the firebox which increases heat output and results in fewer soot particles going up the chimney. Top or rear 6" flue outlet and offered with an optional Smoke Control Kit allowing you to burn wood even if you live in a smoke controlled area.
