A classical design that will continue to be extremely popular throughout the changing interior design fashions. The Gallery Stourhead is crafted from natural Agean Limestone giving a gorgeous, smooth finish with neutral tones of cream and beige. As a natural product, every Stourhead mantel is totally unique with slight variations in markings and shade.
The Stourhead is equally at home in traditional or modern interiors. Whilst shown combined here with the Toulouse tiled cast insert that will compliment more classical settings, if you opt for an alternative back panel such as a granite back, it will create a sensational feature within contemporary homes.
The optional Toulouse insert takes inspiration from the Victorian era. Tiled side panels provide a great solution to inject colour within the fireplace to perhaps match a carpet or wall decoration whilst the striking, intricate design on the cast iron provide a stunning contrast to a choice of fire options. Suitable for installation in conjunction with a existing standard sized fire back or select the optional dedicated cast back.
Shown in the images with a 54" Waterfall polished granite hearth, you also have the option of selecting slate or if choosing the solid fuel fire, a slabbed granite hearth. When planning on using this fireplace for burning coal or wood, it is recommended that you select the black finish Toulouse insert as polished cast iron is likely to tarnish with the high heat around the fire chamber area.
If choosing the optional dedicated gas fire, you can enjoy real, open flames dancing over a glowing coal effect fuel bed that is instantly adjusted using the controls hidden at the bottom of the appliance behind the inserts ashpan tray cover. Air vent not normally needed on this gas fire and designed for use for an ambient feature rather than a heating source.
