An alternative option to a separate trim & fret, the FLARE Collection Design inset gas fire features a contemporary fascia frame with smooth, clean lines and a modern 4 bar design at the bottom. Offered in a choice of four colours, this stylish gas fire will compliment any fireplace with standard cut-out in the back panel.

You choose the fire to suit your needs. For those living in a modern property with a shallow Class 2 pre-cast flue, there is an open fronted slimline model or mid-depth high efficient model. For those with a deeper Class 1 flue, you can opt for the full-depth open-fronted radiant, convector or the glass-fronted high efficiency. If you don't have a chimney or flue, there is a balanced flue model allowing you to fit on an external wall with a horizontal pipe expelling the fumes through the wall.

Slimline Radiant
With an inset depth of only 123mm (5"), the Classic Slimline Radiant is designed predominantly for shallower, Class 2 Pre-Cast flues. Open-fronted with a coal fuel effect, this model has a maximum heat output of 3.1kW in standard form or you can add an 'Xtra Canopy' which increases the output to 3.6kW. The Slimline Radiant is available with manual controls at the bottom of the fire behind the fret or with Be Modern's 'Smartslide' side control. 50% efficiency rating which increases to 58% when fitted with the optional Xtra Canopy.

Deepline Radiant
Designed for deeper installations such as Class 1 chimneys, this model has a full-depth fire bed of 173mm (6¾"). An open-fronted, coal effect fuel bed which is capable of providing up to 3.2kW of heat and 51% efficiency which rises to 3.3kW and 54% efficiency when combined with the Xtra canopy. Offered with a choice of Manual or Smartslide control.

Deepline Convector
The most powerful open-fronted model in the range with a high output of 3.8kW and efficiency rating of 62%. Radiant heat is produced from the fire plus cold air is drawn into the fire at the bottom and passes through the back of the fire and out the the convector hood. This also helps to distribute heat into the room quicker. Manual or Smartslide control and designed for Class 1 (real chimney) and deeper Class 2 installations with an overall inset depth of 198mm (7¾").

Mid Depth H.E
With improved efficiency compared to the open-fronted models, this medium depth, glass-fronted gas fire boasts high efficiency of 87% and a maximum heat output of 3.4kW. Suitable for shallower installations such as Pre-Cast and Pre-Fabricated Class 2, this model has a reduced inset depth of 128mm (5"). Operated by Smartslide control only.

Deepline H.E
Boasting a remarkable high efficiency rating of 89%, this full-depth glass-fronted gas fire is perfect for those living in properties with a Class 1 chimney or 5" Prefabricated flue who can accommodate this 198mm (7¾") engine. Superb heating performance with a maximum output of 4.5kW whilst still having lower running costs compared to open-fronted gas fires. Smartslide control only.

Balanced Flue
For homes without a chimney or flue, the Be Modern balanced flue gas fire is supplied with a coaxial pipe and terminal which attaches to the back of the fire and allows the fumes to be expelled horizontally through an external wall. All balanced flue gas fires are glass-fronted and do not require electricity. Total inset depth of 186mm (7¼") with a maximum heat output of 3.2kW and impressive efficiency of 86%.
