Hole-in-the-wall gas fires provide a spectacular, contemporary feature to modern interiors whilst no taking up any valuable floor space. Whilst usually only suitable for properties that feature a conventional chimney, this brand new model from Verine has been cleverly designed with modern properties in mind as thanks to its slimline proportions, it can be inset into an external cavity wall in homes without a chimney or flue.
Supplied as standard with a balanced flue pipe and terminal which attaches to the back of the appliance, the fumes produced by the Verine Eden Elite Slimline gas fire are released horizontally through the wall to outside rather than up a chimney or flue. The shallow fire box means that unlike with most fires of this type, building a stud wall to accommodate the appliance depth is not needed - just simple, flat wall installation.
Set behind a glass panel, the realistic log effect fuel bed with flickering flames is accentuated by the black enamel interior linings which reflect the flames giving the illusion of a much deeper fire bed. As well as giving the room a stunning centrepiece, the Verine Eden Elite Slimline is capable of producing up to 3.7kW of heat which will be very welcome during the cold winter evenings. Superb high efficiency of 85.6%!
Armchair operation with Verine's comprehensive battery powered remote control system which turns the fire on/off and gives you total control of the heat output using the handset. Fitted with highly advanced safety systems including a Flame Supervision Device and Oxygen Depletion System for total piece of mind. Connection to mains electric is not needed.
You have the choice of installing the Eden Elite Slimline Balanced Flue without a trim for a simple, modern look or with a attractive trim in brushed steel or black. The optional plastering frame will be required when fitted into the wall to protect the surrounding area. If you plan to fit the fire into a custom fireplace with marble or stone surrounding the appliance, the plastering frame is not needed.
