Both Burley Cottesmore baskets are designed for free-standing installation into a fireplace inglenook opening or sat on a hearth as a stand-alone feature. They simply require plugging in to enjoy the flickering glow effect and when needed, you have the added benefit of a in-built fan heater at the bottom of the appliance that has 1kW and 2kW heat settings.
On the Burley Cottesmore 223 there are stylish brass legs with the majority of the basket being finished in black. The Cottesmore 224 is all black with a decorative back plate. Both models have a coal fuel effect over a orange casing which will give a warming glow when switched on. Standard bulbs are fitted which can be easily accessed when they require replacing.
Operation of the flame glow and heater settings are carried out by the manual controls discreetly located at the bottom of the basket next to the fan convection heater. Free-standing installation ensures the Burley Cottesmore electric fire basket can be fitted into a variety of situations.
