Gallery Palmerston Cast Iron Fireplace (Tradition)

Cast iron fireplaces ooze classical charm. Extremely popular in Victorian homes and now equally suited to fashionable, modern properties. The Gallery Palmerston is a larger design with a mantel width of 1372mm (54"). It is a popular choice for standard sized living rooms and is crafted using traditional cast iron construction methods in your choice of standard matt black or buffed to a beautiful, satin silver finish.

The Palmerston will grace any classically inspired interior and can be combined with most standard cast inserts within the Gallery range or with a standard marble or granite set. It also works well in more modern settings - especially in the fully polished version which creates a striking focal point.

Shown in the images with the Gallery Tradition arched cast insert with its own dedicated cast back which is available as a cost option. The Tradition boasts a large, sweeping arch design with decorative detail. It can be specified in all matt black cast iron or highlighted with the arch area picked out in silver. Boasting a larger than standard fire area, the Tradition insert can be combined with a gas fire (additional ventilation required) or solid fuel kit allowing you to burn wood or solid fuels.

For a complete fireplace package, we have also included a selection of optional hearths in a range of sizes and materials. Polished granite, slate or split & slabbed hearth for use with solid fuel.
